His Excellency Professor Dr. Mohammed bin Ali Al-Hayazea
A former Saudi minister and academic, he serves as President of Alfaisal University. He has extensive experience in higher education and scientific research. He has held several leadership positions, including Acting Minister of Health and Director of Jazan University. He has made significant contributions to the development of university education in the Kingdom and supports innovation and knowledge projects within Saudi Vision 2030.

- Master of Science in Chemistry from Boston University, USA, 1988
- Bachelor of Chemistry from King Saud University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, 1981
