The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development is the government agency responsible for formulating general policy for labor and worker regulations in the public and private sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as for all matters related to social affairs and its development programs, which are consistent with the visions and policies pursued by the Kingdom's government.
