His Excellency Dr. Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Sabti
His Excellency Dr. Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Sabti currently holds the position of Advisor at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers with the rank of Minister, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Education and Training Evaluation Commission. He has previously served as Minister of Higher Education, Governor of the National Cybersecurity Authority, and Chairman of the Education Evaluation Commission. Prior to that, he was Deputy Minister of Education and Deputy Minister of Education for Boys’ Education. He was also a member of the Shura Council. He also held the positions of Secretary General of the Mawhiba Foundation and Director General of the E-Government Program. He worked at the beginning of his career as a faculty member at King Saud University in the Department of Computer Science.

- Worked at IBM at the Thomas J. Watson Research Institute, New York (1996).
- Worked at Hitachi - Silicon Valley (1997).
- He obtained two patents (with others) in the field of information technology – artificial intelligence from the US Patent Office (1999).
