The Contract Service allows higher education institutions to recruit non-Saudi academics, whether from inside or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, while also providing verification of their qualifications.
1. Access the University Portal at jameah.moe.gov.sa and click «Register» from the main menu.
2. A registration window will appear. Enter your residence number, or another ID if you are outside the Kingdom.
3. Complete the required fields and click «Verify Email» to receive a verification code.
4. The verification code will be sent to your email inbox.
5. Enter the verification code in the designated field and click «Save» to complete registration.
6. A notification will appear confirming successful registration, and an activation email will be sent.
7. Open the activation email and click the password reset link.
8. Enter and confirm your password.
9. A confirmation message will appear, after which you can log in as a registered user
