Almoosa College of Health Sciences

Al-Mousa College for Health Sciences (ACHS) was established in 2020 and is the first private college in the Al-Ahsa region. The college contributes to improving healthcare in the local community by graduating qualified specialists to meet the growing demand in the job market. The college offers bachelor's degrees in two disciplines:
1.    Bachelor of Science in Nursing
2.    Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and Informatics

The college admitted its first cohort in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program in 2019 to address the urgent need for nurses in the Kingdom. In 2023, it launched the Bachelor’s program in Health Administration and Informatics.
ACHS signed an agreement with the global consulting service Partners HealthCare System (PHS), one of the largest integrated academic health systems in the United States. It also collaborated with the MGH Institute of Health Professions (IHP) in Boston, Massachusetts, who are the main partners in this project. This collaboration aims to develop an innovative nursing curriculum, provide professional development for faculty members, and ensure continuous quality improvement planning.
