Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University

PSAU is one of the modern universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It was established by royal decree in 1430 AH corresponding to 2009. It stipulated the transformation of the branch of King Saud University in Al-Kharj into an independent university under the name of Al-Kharj University, and the joining of all colleges in Al-Kharj, Al-Dilam, Wadi Al-Dawasir, Hotat Bani Tamim, Al-Aflaj and Al-Suliyl to the university. 
Education is a key player in the development and development of society through the contribution of its institutions in graduating human resources trained to work in all fields and different specializations. PSAU is one of the most important institutions and educational establishments in the Kingdom that cares about the quality of education, research and innovation, scientific vision, academic reputation, and its ties to the labor market.
The university is entrusted with a set of goals that fall under three main functions: education, manpower preparation, scientific research, and community service. It is one of the most important social institutions that influence and are affected by the surrounding social environment. PSAU participated in making society on the one hand, and on the other hand, it is its tool that contributes to making its administrative, technical, professional, political, and intellectual leadership. Therefore, community service is one of the most important functions of PSAU, with its appropriate educational environment. 
The university is keen on qualifying the students in order to prepare graduates who are well able to compete in the labor market, by providing them with an education that meets international standards. The graduates get the opportunity to engage in a unique academic and research environment characterized by effective community partnerships. It also develops among learners the ability to participate and contribute to building society and solving its problems, and develops in them a serious desire to search for knowledge, challenge reality and continue the future within the framework of an accurate scientific approach that takes into account the social, economic and political conditions of society. Thus, the university can serve the community by contributing to linking scientific research with the needs of the production and service sectors, and with agreements and partnerships that contribute to strengthening this aspect. PSAU has a large number of contributions to the field of research and innovation.
