Najran University

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz — may Allah have mercy on him — issued a royal decree to establish Najran University on 10/10/1427 AH, during the inauguration ceremony of the university campus.
Najran University is located on the eastern outskirts of Najran City, covering an area of 18 million square meters, making it the largest university campus in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in terms of space. The university will include two campuses: one for male students and another for female students, each comprising 14 colleges, with a total capacity of 45,000 students.
The university will also feature an administrative building, supporting deanships, a university hospital, a medical city, research centers, sports and entertainment facilities, and residential units for faculty members, students, and staff. A future investment city is also planned to serve the university, including — but not limited to — hotels, commercial centers, and private schools.
