The Endorsement Service enables Saudi higher education institutions to evaluate non-Saudi academics under contract, in order to support decision-making regarding their recruitment.
1. Log in to the University Portal and select «Search for Contractor» from the submenu.
2. Enter the data of the contractor you wish to endorse and click «Search».
3. The search results will appear. Click «Endorsement Request» next to the desired individual to view their information.
4. Verify the contractor’s basic and academic information.
5. Answer the section representative’s procedural questions. If you select «No» to the recommendation question, an additional question will appear.
6. Select «Yes» to proceed, or «No» and provide a reason.
7. If «No» is selected regarding recommendation by other universities, you must choose a reason for termination from the dropdown list.
8. Upload the required attachments and click «Submit».
9. Once completed and submitted successfully, a confirmation message will appear.
