The Conference Participation Service allows faculty members in Saudi higher education institutions to submit requests to attend or participate in academic events such as conferences, seminars, and exhibitions.
1. Log in to the University Portal and select «Conference Participation» from the submenu at https://jameah.moe.gov.sa/.
2. Complete the conference participation request form.
3. Upload the required conference documents and click «Submit».
4. A confirmation message will appear indicating that the request has been successfully submitted.
