The Consultant Service enables public and private sector entities to request the expertise of Saudi faculty members from public universities.
1. Log in to the University Portal as a public or private sector entity and select «Consultant Request» from the main services.
2. Enter the consultant’s ID number.
3. Enter the consultant’s date of birth, then click «Search».
4. The required data fields will appear. Fill in the consultant’s personal and academic information.
5. Specify the type of consultation, start and end dates, and the number of previous consultations (the start date must be today or later).
6. Upload the required files, then click «Submit» at the bottom of the page.
7. After that, a message will appear stating «The request has been successfully submitted».
1. National ID.
2. Passport or Residence Permit (Iqama).
3. Email address.
4. Registration in the University Portal
