This service enables students to transfer from one public higher education institution to another.
1. Register through the University Portal.
2. Access the portal at jameah.moe.gov.sa and select the «Transfer Request» service from the submenu.
3. Once inside the service, a list of universities will appear along with the application start and end dates.
4. The student’s academic information will be displayed. The student must complete the fields for «Academic Qualifications» and «Address and Contact Information».
5. In the middle of the page, the student can add the universities they wish to transfer to by clicking «Add», with justifications for the transfer. A maximum of three universities may be added.
6. After filling all fields correctly, click «Submit» at the bottom of the page. A confirmation message will appear indicating that the request has been received.
7. Once the university approves the request, it will return to the student’s «Inbox» within a few days. Click the request to review it.
8. The student must take action accept or reject before the deadline stated at the top of the page.
1. The student must be enrolled in their current university at the bachelor’s level.
2. The student must be in regular status at their current university.
3. A maximum of three transfer requests may be submitted per academic year, with one request per university.
